Northwest Local School District Proudly Welcomes Andrew Renneker as the Assistant Principal of Transitions Academy
Northwest Local School District is proud to welcome Andrew Renneker as the new Assistant Principal of Transitions Academy. Mr. Renneker brings a wealth of knowledge to NWLSD, with 23 years of experience in education. Before joining the Northwest Local School District family, Mr. Renneker spent the last five years at Mt. Healthy City School District as the Lead Intervention Specialist and Dean of Student Services.
Mr. Renneker earned his Bachelor's Degree in Special Education and furthered his education by obtaining a Master's Degree in Special Education from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
Outside of his professional responsibilities, he enjoys being outdoors, playing sports, and spending time with his family. These activities include watching his daughter’s soccer and track meets, as well as his son’s baseball games.
Like most administrators preparing for the school year, Renneker is eager to get started. He will step into the new role on August 1, 2024, at the start of the 2024-2025 school year.
