The Northwest Local School District Board of Education recently approved open enrollment for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year, allowing families outside the district to join the Northwest community.
The Open Enrollment Interest Form will be available online from May 1, 2025, through May 23, 2025, at 4 p.m. Interested families must complete this form during the enrollment window. Following a review process, the NWLSD Enrollment Office will notify selected applicants by email beginning the week of June 9, 2025, with instructions on how to proceed with the full enrollment application via Infinite Campus, the district’s student information system.

Open enrollment seats are limited and determined by building and grade-level availability. Families are reminded that transportation is not provided for open enrolled students, and eligibility requirements such as discipline history and special education service availability will be considered.
