As part of the Colerain Elementary School construction project, the Northwest Local School District has relocated its Central Office. The former office on Banning Road is now closed. Beginning Monday, February 3, 2025, the Central Office will officially reopen at its new location:

During the transition period, January 27–31, 2025, our Central Office team will remain accessible to assist you. Staff members will be available by phone and email to address your questions and concerns. Additionally, members of the administrative team will be available in person at various school buildings throughout the district during this time.
Please note that all background check services will resume on Monday, February 3, 2025, at the new Central Office location.
This change in location marks an exciting step forward in the progress of the new Colerain Elementary School project. The current Central Office location is being transformed into a dedicated space for our preschool program, which is currently housed at Houston Early Learning Center. The Houston property is being utilized for the construction of the new Colerain Elementary School.
