Northwest Local School District Proudly Welcomes Megan Alford as the Principal of Houston Early Learning Center
Megan Alford began her career in Harlem, New York, as an Intervention Specialist. In 2022, she joined the Northwest Local Schools family, serving as the Dean of Students at Monfort Heights Elementary. Megan has a passion for building relationships and problem-solving.
Mrs. Alford holds a Master's Degree in Educational Leadership from Ohio Dominican University and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Indiana Wesleyan University. With an extensive background in Preschool Education, she is excited to serve as Principal of Houston Early Learning Center and continue the initiatives in place.
